Shapership Masterclasses 2026
The Shapership Masterclasses are focused deep dives into the Arts of Shaping the Future.
Each Masterclass takes one particular lens or capacity and turns it into a practice: learning to re-perceive, take the long view, think creatively and conceptually, recognise Butterfly Effects, see the big picture, jam together, or include ourselves more fully in the systems we are trying to shape.
They combine ideas, methods, exercises and real situations so that participants do not simply understand a new way of thinking — they practise it, experience it and learn to use it.
Different Masterclasses will be offered throughout the year, each developing a particular Art of Shapership.
